Program Structure

The program moves a group of self-directed leaders through a series of additive modules. The primary theme throughout the program is Business Value. Four additional modules add strategic context and incremental business impact. Each module involves two weeks of application, each opening with expert-led workshops, and supported throughout by 1:1 coaching and cohort discussions.

Hours

To start your program, you schedule an introduction session and a structured interview with your instructor (one-on-one or with your group) for a total of two hours.

Private cohorts may also
schedule a 2-hour kickoff.

Cohort Program

Weeks

This program introduces a new topic every two weeks over ten weeks.

The first week introduces the topic of focus, and the second week offers individual coaching sessions to support your progress and application.

Full-day, expert-led workshops and facilitated activities introduce new concepts, measures, tools, and techniques. These are also an opportunity to align new ways of working to your existing context, and share your experiences applying each topic.

Group Coaching

Every other week, you have a scheduled group coaching session to review your experiments, explorations and application of your learning in your context

  • Pre-Requisites

    This program is targeted at Director level and above. The topics and its application are a better match for those with authority and influence over the decisions and practices of the organization.

    Candidates for public programs will take two private one-on-one sessions with their public cohort instructor to help ensure this is a good match.

    Candidates for private cohorts are nominated by leaders within the organization.
